Domaine de Pierredon

Domaine de Pierredon is actually part of the cooperative at Caves de Vignerons Estezargues. Les Vignerons d’Estezargues is coop of a different sort.  Not only does the cooperative have single grower and single vineyard wines, but since 1997 the head winemaker, Denis Deschamps, has practiced natural winemaking: no pesticides in the vineyards, no external yeasts, no fining, no filtration, and no addition of SO2 to the grapes at harvest.

Pierredon is a Domaine that boasts the oldest Syrah and the lion’s share of Mourvedre in the region.
